HWP series vertical pump Description
HWP Series Vertical Pump is a high-performance vertical centrifugal pump specially designed for chemical liquid circulation, transfer, and filtration applications. Manufactured with FRPP plastic construction, this pump provides excellent chemical resistance and reliable operation in demanding industrial environments. The vertical structure allows easy tank installation, reducing installation space while providing stable fluid handling performance for various industrial processes.
Designed as a corrosion resistant vertical pump, HWP Series features acid and alkali resistant materials, dry-running capability, and an optimized flow channel design for high efficiency, low noise, and stable pressure performance. The motor is protected by an oil seal structure to reduce the risk of corrosive gas entering the motor bearings. SUS304 stainless steel shaft and titanium shaft options are available to improve concentricity, strength, and long-term durability.
As a reliable vertical chemical transfer pump, HWP Series is widely used in electroplating lines, PCB manufacturing, etching equipment, chemical circulation systems, cooling systems, wastewater treatment, and chemical filtration machines.
