HTD series vertical pump Description
HTD Series Vertical Pump is a high-performance vertical centrifugal pump designed for chemical liquid transfer, circulation, and industrial process applications. Constructed with corrosion-resistant FRPP and PVDF materials, it provides excellent durability when handling acids, alkalis, and other aggressive chemical fluids. The vertical structure saves installation space and is suitable for tank systems, circulation units, and special industrial equipment.
As a corrosion resistant vertical chemical pump, HTD Series features superior chemical compatibility and reliable operation in harsh environments. The non-metallic wetted parts prevent direct contact between chemicals and metal components, while optional epoxy resin coating enhances external protection in highly corrosive conditions. It is designed to reduce maintenance requirements and extend service life.
The FRPP vertical chemical pump option offers excellent resistance against acid and alkaline solutions, making it suitable for demanding chemical processes. Available in FRPP and PVDF materials, the pump can be customized according to different liquid characteristics, temperature requirements, and industrial conditions.
With its advanced design, the dry running vertical chemical pump can operate safely during temporary liquid shortage or idle conditions without damaging internal components. The special vapor protection structure helps prevent corrosive gases from affecting the motor, ensuring stable performance in applications such as cooling circulation, exhaust gas scrubbers, and chemical treatment systems.
