HKP Series Vertical Pump Description
The HENNVI HKP series vertical pump is designed for transferring and circulating acidic and alkaline liquids in industrial processes. Its compact vertical construction is suitable for tank-mounted installation and integration with filtration equipment, serving applications such as surface treatment, electroplating, etching, cleaning, and wastewater treatment.
As a corrosion resistant vertical chemical pump, the HKP series offers engineering plastic pump body options to match different fluids. Available material codes include FRPP, PVDF, and CFRPP, with Viton, EPDM, and NBR O-ring options. Material selection should account for the chemical composition, concentration, temperature, and specific gravity of the liquid.
The integrated SUS304 stainless steel motor shaft helps maintain concentricity and stable operation. A universal outlet connector accommodates compatible PP and PVC piping, simplifying installation and routine maintenance. The motor incorporates an epoxy anti-corrosion coating, IP54 protection, and Class F insulation.
For applications requiring a PVDF vertical pump for acid transfer, the PVDF configuration provides a material option subject to compatibility with the specific acid and operating conditions. The HKP series also incorporates dry-run tolerance; allowable conditions and duration must follow the requirements of the selected model.
