HL Series Chemical Filter Housing

Hennvi’s HL series chemical filter housings feature high flexibility, require no independent power source, and enhance the filtration efficiency of chemical solutions. Available filter media options include: cartridge with locking cap, clamped-plate, filter paper, star-shaped, filter tube, and filter bag. The chemical filter housings are injection-molded from PP material, offering excellent acid and alkali resistance, and are suitable for the precision filtration of most chemical solutions.

The flexible, modular internal design allows users to easily switch filter media according to different processes, enabling a single housing to serve multiple purposes. For high-pressure applications, we can also customize a complete set of solid PP plates for the top and bottom covers to enhance structural strength and pressure resistance. The equipment is widely used in piping systems that do not require an independent power source, such as those in chemical manufacturing, wastewater treatment, electroplating, and laboratory chemical solution recirculation. It is an industrial chemical filter solution that combines corrosion resistance, flexible media switching, and customization capabilities.
